Anna has twenty years of experience in executive search. She led the Management Consulting team for five years in her last firm before establishing Æquitas Search in 2013. Anna fell in love with Scandinavia when she was retained by a global client to grow their office in Stockholm and since 2010 has worked extensively with a variety of clients in the region.
Throughout her career she has developed a strong network of ex- and current strategy consultants and her clients value her in-depth knowledge of the sector and the benefit which consultants can offer across their businesses.
Steven started his career in commercial leadership roles within the automotive industry, including five years as a Business Manager with Malaya Group Plc. with responsibility for the financial performance and management of the finance departments in Mercedes and Citroen dealerships.
This was followed by business development roles in Executive Search and Territory Sales Management within a top-tier logistics company.
In addition, Steven spent several years dedicated to clinical roles in NHS after obtaining a BSc in Adult Nursing with First Class Honours. In 2013, Steven returned to the private sector to join Æquitas Search Ltd., where he is responsible for operational and commercial matters.
Æquitas Search was established to create a different offering in the recruitment market. Our purpose is to support our clients in making long-term happy hires with a focus on fit.
